Great app, missing pregnancy features

I love this app to track my cycle. Its neat, and very easy to use. What I like the most about it (and different from other apps Ive used) is that l dont have to input the information every month. If nothing changes (average cycle and period length) you dont have to do anything. With previous apps I used to forget to input the info every day and didnt have accurate information when I needed. It gives a notification when my period is about to start and has a very nice Apple Watch app.

The only thing that I feel that is missing is pregnancy related data inputs. I would like to be able to mark if I took a pregnancy test, or if Im pregnant (so the app would know I wont have my period for a while).
