Cycles: Period & Cycle Tracker App Reviews

Have always liked this app because its simple and tracks everything I need (PMS, period, fertility, etc). I like that it uses an average cycle and that you can change it, however, your left and right ovaries can have different cycles. My cycle is consistently 28 days one month, then 26 days the next. So I have to adjust my calendar every month. For this reason the average is not really useful for me. Wish there was an every-other-month average!

I am so glad I found this app. I had been tracking my cycle in a calendar, which was not very efficient. This app makes it very easy to know how my cycles are going and if Im on track.

My partner isnt able to be included, even though he got the invite, because he has a droid. Please make a droid app!!!! Unless you do the partner feature is useless... which was one of the reasons I purchased the app. Other than that I really like the app. I am glad I purchase it. However if I had known that my partner would not be able to get the app for his phone because he has a droid I would have stuck with the old app I was using. Also I cant seem to go back and log old data. I want to be able to log my past periods, but it wont let me. I think if it could it would make it smarter for determining current cycle status.

Its a lot better and more adjustable. I like the wheel option they best, for example if you miscalculated your period or start new birth control you can adjust your pms days from your period days just by turning the dial on the wheel

Great if you have an iPhone 5 or above. Not so great for an iPhone 4S or below. I have an iPhone 4S and half the bought features dont work. So if you have low tech dont bother buying it! Just stick to the free version. Wish someone had said something before I bought it! So Im on a hunt for something that works with my phone

This is wonderful in many ways, you can record some basic health information but I think they should add some pregnancy related options to the app. I imagine the programming behind that is complicated because you have to plan for the six weeks of bleeding as well as the potential of miscarriage. However, with what the app costs, this feature should be added.

Just need to know when to expect my period... this does that in a visually-appealing, easy to use way.

I upgraded to share my cycle with my partner for $2.99 only to be notified when he got the link HE had to pay another $2.99 to be able to see my updates... Just make it $6 on my end and be honest upfront.

This looked like a promising app. I was excited to be able to sync with my wife. We got it all set up on her phone and sent me the invite. I expected to just restore the purchase we had made on her phone to mine especially since we are in a shared purchase family account with apple. Then I found out I would have to pay separate fees to access the sync feature. What a rip off. Very misleading. I didnt see anywhere that it said both partners would have to pay. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. This functionality is definitely not worth $6.

Im very disappointed with this app, especially as both my partner and I had to pay for it to sync up. Currently, the cycle shown in my wifes app and mine are off by 7 days. Honestly, its not rocket science, I just expect the cycles to line up.

I thought this would be great for my girlfriend and I but it turns out it doesnt work for two women and assumes one is a man. Seems like it would be an easy fix. Frustrating to run into this problem in 2017.

The worst cycle tracking app Ive tried

Its so easy to use and so precise! I love it!

While being a perfectly synced to the cycle app, my main issue with it is that it lacks some major options in the "mood" department... like how about "irritable", which we all know is a real thing and not at all related to "sad" or "sensitive". The "mood" options are far too generalized and require a lot more options to be accurate in any way.

I like that you can adjust the dates and add days that you spot.

Needs to have more symptoms to choose from, but other than that a great app. Not very good for a person who is irregular.

Lots of glitches. It seems like Im always having to reset it to my specifications. But overall its nice to have the reminder and something that keeps track.

Absolutely love this app!! Makes my life easier knowing when to expect the monthly horror. Having it post to the health is a plus for doctor visits since they always want to know when the lmp was.

I like how I can keep track of all my symptoms among other things.
